Bonjour mes amis!
It’s been almost 2 weeks since my arrival in Montpellier and it has been crazy. I’ve been busy settling in my apartment, getting paperwork done, and getting to know the city. And I have to admit when it comes to choosing between staying home and getting things done, or going to the beach or a pub, I have chosen the latter options.
But know I’m back in action and I can’t wait to share the things that I have already seen and done in this beautiful city.
Montpellier is located in the south of France and it’s a very multicultural place, which is something I always look for in a city. The streets are always busy and alive, and everyone just seems to be super chill. I haven’t seen any stressed out drivers or workers yet. And I just love that.
For now I’ll leave you with some pictures…
Place de la Comédie, main square of the city. The place where you can always find entertainment at any time of the day.
Esplanade d’europe. A great place to relax, get a bite to eat or a drink, and take a nice walk or bike ride.
The view from my apartment. I got super lucky and found a good apartment just a few blocks away from the Place de la comédie that I share with 3 of my chilean girl friends 🙂
